Wide feet need size up, not down so had to return 1st set of boots. Felt notice of returned boots was little slow. Ups said Muckboots received return early on Friday, I finally texted on Tuesday. Return acknowledged, refunded requested after my text. I like the boots, warm and feel secure walking in them.
