I had to return my muck boots order since they didn't fit. I called customer service twice to see why no credit has been given on my American Express card. They acknowledge receipt of shoes but don't know why no credit has been given
Shoes returned on july 1 it's now the 16th. They can't tell me anything they just say yeah we got the shoes.you will get a refund but we don't know when.
