I purchased earrings 9.0 -9.5 Akoya Pearl 14k white gold and they came with a push back not even optioned for a twist back . The push back would always slide off now my earring is gone waste of money… will definitely be purchasing elsewhere with a jeweler who actually cares to rectify the issue …15% off a second pair to have the same issue No thank you
