GIA doesn't match the Pearl Necklace sent
The GIA you sent with the pearls doesn't match the pearls sent. I have photos. GIA says 43 pearls but the actual number of Pearls is 41. I can not correlate what I received with what I ordered, no way of understanding quality or value or purchase. The Pearl necklace has no inventory tag, no serial number, no way to uniquely identify against the GIA card that was not even in the box with the correct Pearl necklace.
It seems like you don't actually take the grading by a 3rd party seriously or it is just a scam. It appears you just have generic GIA cards that you put into the bag with the Pearls ? Very questionable business practice for fine jewelry.
Having to send these back because I can not confirm their authenticity or quality/value.
