I initially dealt with Cheryl who offered me a very reasonable rate for taking over my current tenancy renewal agreement. I was then passed over to kerrie who has been extremely helpful and pro active in insuring all documentation is signed and in place for the dead line date. She has always kept me informed at each stage and has always maintained a professional and courteous manner. I will be continuing to use their services
