We felt the initial contact was good and the products including the video was very professional however the disappointing issue was that we felt they were after a sale at all costs and gave us what we believe to be poor advice which ultimately led to a £10,000 loss on our property. We kept contact to a minimum after this. It was also concerning to find we were not the first to know our buyers had pulled out and that they had informed other people before us.
