If it wasn't for Cat at the personnel agent we would have backed out of the sale as we were getting so fed up how long it was dragging on for. She was always there to answer or find out any questions for us, even on days she wasn't in she came back to us straight away. She also chased up solicitors when all went quite leaving us wondering. She even chased up our own solicitors when are calls were not being returned, in a word she was brilliant and kept the whole transaction together. If it hadn't been for her we would have dropped out.
