We have just sold our property through the Personal Agent.
It was not the most straightforward sale but the advice we were offered from initial valuation through to completion was both helpful and reassuring.
We dealt with Rupert, Tom and Sarah who were all professional but also friendly and easy to speak to. I have to add that when calling the office the phone was always answered immediately by a courteous and helpful member of the staff.
All in all we were very impressed by the Personal Agent and the service they offered.
