The crystals are fake and the people do not let you cancel your order. I asked to simply change my order as I had accidentally ordered two opalites right after I placed it and they just wouldn't let me. They wouldn't even let me cancel my order or empathize with my situation. I will NEVER buy from them again. A waste of 25 pounds.
