Ordered goods. Didn't arrive within 48 hours, still not got them 5 days on. Asked them to resend as paid for. They won't resend or refund or even compensate. They are ignoring me. Placed order on 14th July, have to wait 15 working days - until 17th August before they decide to do anything. Ridiculous!!! No empathy, terrible customer service. Courtney is nice, some unknown person, no giving name very horrible and cold
