A good service given I live in Australia - however our expectations were set on the originally agreed asking price of 155,000 only for a drop of 9,000 in order to get a sale. The thought of a seller is always what could I have got?? and may be if we had started a little lower the hit would not have felt so great.
Having said the above - the communications were good throughout the process and I would recommend TPPS to others.
