The Purple Property Shop manage a tenanted property for me. I choose the Purple Property Shop after meeting with a number of local agents. I thought they were competitive, enthusiastic and engaged...I was right!. They are now in the second year of managing this let and have dealt with all the formalities around paperwork and inspections as well as organising the inevitable repair or maintenance task. The process has been pain-free and excellent value and I would certainly use them again
