I am pleased with most aspects of the Purple Property Shop organisation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The area I was not so pleased with was in inspections and following up actions that the tenant should take. It was only when I insisted on accompanying the inspection process I saw it was not a system that made sure recommendations in the reports were going to be carried out. As the tenancy is coming to an end for the first time I am going to witness if the condition of my house is returned as the tenant leaves after 3 years. At present I think it will take more than the value of the deposit to put it right.
