This was the 2nd time within 2 years that I have used the purple property shop to successfully sell 2 different properties . They gave an excellent service in all areas . The marketing of the properties was extremely well presented. Nothing I was too much trouble . Also the fees they agreed with me for selling the properties were by far the lowest I have ever paid ! Both properties were sold very quickly , at prices that I was very pleased with . Communication was superb ! the staff are all very friendly and eager to help . I was continually kept up to date with all aspects of the sale as things progressed .
