When we rang to book an appointment to sign the contract on the , he did tell us of there was an Autumn offer of 10% discount on fees, due to expire on 31st October if we could sign before this date. He was also very obliging in coming at 8 15am on the morning of 31st October so we could benefit from the discount. The photos are excellent and again the photographer was extremely professional in her approach. We requested a couple of amendents to the write up which were promptly made. The only hiccup so far was that Arthur did not turn up for the first appointment, but did for the second. To date, we are pleased with your handling of the sale.
