Good Morning
I feel the experience could be a little swifter, i only ordered a rug and took well over a week to be delivered, also the rug looked like it was cut from an offcut as was wonky on one end (not straight)... i didnt send it back as id been waiting a while without a rug in my hallway... That all being said i would visit the shop again as found the prices resonable, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for i suppose.
