“We ended up returning this item. Not anything to do with sellers or quality of this item, it just did not match our decor, our fault. “Disappointed at length of time it took to get my order. Rug is beautiful, just what I wanted. Customer service poor, only had updates after emailing several times. Phone lines not accessible, unable to leave messages as full. Began to think I'd been scammed so contacted my bank, then order arrived.”

“Regarding delivery, it was quick and easy to Jersey. The rug is ok, it's not got the thickness or quality of other rugs I have purchased from this site which is a shame but it wasn't particulalrly expnsive and so it will do.”

“I purchased paid for a hall runner on the 19th February nothing has arrived I have emailed with no response and tried to ring impossible to get to speak to anyone looked on Web site rug sold out very dissapointed and nearly £53 pounds down BEWARE”

“The product I purchased was beautiful, when it finally arrived. Delivery was very slow with a 10 working day dispatch window which was not made entirely clear when ordering - it stated that the delivery would be made in 1-10 days. When I tried to contact the company to find out when I would receive my order (as I didn't receive a dispatch email) there was no reply to emails, and the phone number on the website just stated that a mail box was full and could not take messages. I even tried selecting the finance and marketing options on the phone, but the call was then cut off. I became worried that I had purchased from a dodgy website, and in desperation I posted a comment on the company social media, as other disappointed customers had also done, and after a couple of days I received a public response basically telling me to keep waiting as they were within a 10 working day dispatch window. Finally I received a dispatch email just within the 10 working day window and then the item - a duvet set - arrived quickly afterwards. The company say they are very busy. They need to invest some of their profits into hiring more staff to answer phones and emails as the service, sadly, is very poor, which is disappointing given the glossy website. I also struggle to believe that they actually keep items in stock, as there is no way it takes 10 working days (which in reality is 2 weeks) to put a duvet set in a bag and send it out.”

“AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!!! The customer service of this company is so poor! I returned the rug I purchased as it wasn’t the same as a previous order I had placed. I had to pay for the return which then took them another for days to mark as received after I had proof of delivery. You cannot get hold of the company by telephone to speak to anyone as the mail box is constantly full (Probably of complaints) I was advised by email I would receive my refund but this could take 7-10 working days however we are now still not received my refund. They are no longer answering my emails & still cannot get through on the phone. I have never dealt with a company whose customer service is as bad. I have now had to contact my card company to request a charge back. Although 7-10 is possible for a card refund most people receive theirs within 3-5 days. my advice would be DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are quick to take your money but if anything is wrong they don’t want to give you it back. They took my money on the 19th January, waited for delivery, returned within 2 days & now we are on the 26th February & still not received my refund!!!”
