I ordered 2 rugs, One of the rug I ordered still not been delivered. They send an email saying delivery is delayed, I can choose a different one If I want or wait for the delivery.

Had to email customer service to ask where my order of bathroom mats were, no explanation from them, but strangely i recieved them 3 days later,almost 2 weeks after placing the order!

The rug did eventually arrive and was very nice but it took forever. I was told several different things which all turned out to be untrue and asked for a refund. But all of a sudden it arrived and I decided to keep it but the customer service is really poor. Was not happy with being told different things by different departments. One department didn’t know what the other was doing

Rug Ok. Communication from company poor, had to chase up, Delivery took a few weeks for a straightforward item. Probably would not use again because of these factors.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The item you ordered was advertised online on our website with a lead time of 5-10 working days. I can see this order was placed on the 10th November and was delivered to yourself on the 17th November, therefore this was delivered within the advertised lead time. Kind Regards The Rug Seller

I was hugely disappointed at having to wait 5 weeks for my items to arrive. The items when they arrived were fine but such a long wait is unacceptable. I had to chase up twice before they finally arrived. I have just received an email asking me to revise my review. Why would that be , is it because you disliked my original poor review due to the ridiculously long wait time .

The rug I originally ordered was due to arrive by September 8th as was out of stock. I ordered 2 rugs together to match and the runner was delivered promptly, then an email stating the other rug wouldn't be available until weeks later in October. I was offered the option of a refund or choose another rug.I chose to order another rug,big disappointment, didn't look anything like the pictures on the website and was very poor quality. It was costly to return it so I gave it away on a lo al charity site.Very disappointed, would not reccomend this company.

Good Afternoon, Although we overtly endeavour to have the website photographs as true to the colouring of the rugs in real life, we regrettably cannot ensure that they are 100% accurate. The fundamental reason for this is that contrast settings on laptops, phones and other devices can manipulate the colourings from device to device and in turn in real life, as an online company this is regrettably something we cannot combat against. Although the products are fine and we happy with the rugs, the delivery of the 1st rug on 1st August 2023 was a disgrace by DX. Tracker number 7007890168, they dropped at an address that just stated the number 4a and the name it was let with was Reece. It took me 2hrs to find out where 4a was and a person called Reece. When I did knock at the door I asked if her name was Reece it was not it was parker. The lady did not know it had been left on her door step until an Amazon driver called to deliver her parcel, nothing was signed for. I would like to send you a bill for my time wasted £ 40 please advise.

I ordered valance and fitted sheets for a double bed. I was quoted 5-10 working days for delivery but, despite chasing, the delivery was made a month later. Then the package contained two valace sheets but no double. I complained to the Sales Office who promised a replacement. After some prompting, they asked me return the unwanted item to the delivery driver who would have the paperwork. The driver wasn't expecting to collect anything and had no paperwork. Several more emails resulted in a date for collection, but I'm not holding my breath.

Communication was poor following the purchase. The lead time was incorrect 7-10 days and the product arrived 17 days later . Quality of the product was fantastic but I wouldn't use them again unless it was as a last resort

Delivery was good and ordering process straight forward. Unfortunately the rug did not resemble the shade of colour shown on the website, if we had seen the rug before ordering we would not have proceeded with the order. We will not be purchasing such an item or similar items on line in future.

Took a while to receive, and narrower than I thought as quoted approximate width 70 cm on double sheepskin. It was only 65cm wide at the widest points and generally 60 cm wide on most of the rug. So disappointed and not what I expected

I am sorry not be able to be more positive as the staff are ostensibly helpful and courteous: unfortunately, the last three orders have not appeared. The first was cancelled by the Rug Seller. The second returned for some unknown reason by the courier and the third is still awaited- the courier claims to be awaiting information from the business but, wherever the fault lies, I’m still waiting for the very long awaited rug.

I purchased a garden rug from"the rug seller" about two years ago and have been very satisfied with it. One month ago I ordered another one which I haven't used yet. This time ,I asked if the rugs could be cleaned with a pressure washer. They simply refused to answer what I think is a very reasonable question. Had they just said NO that would have been fine, but they were evasive and unhelpful. I won't use them again. Such a shame. J Shepherd

We ordered two small rugs for beside our bed. Because of the way they were packaged, one of the rugs arrived with a crease in it which doesn't come out

I bought a metal console table and on putting it together realised that two holes for bolts had not been "tapped", so no threads for the bolts to screw into. I contacted Rug Seller who, at first, were responsive. However after sending photos of the affected part I was informed that the problem had been referred to the suppliers. That was on 9 February. Eventually I gave up waiting and at a cost of £20 paid someone to "tap" the two holes so I could actually use the table. It is now 21 February and I still haven't heard from Rug Seller with a solution. Lucky it wasn't urgent!,
