“Regarding delivery, it was quick and easy to Jersey. The rug is ok, it's not got the thickness or quality of other rugs I have purchased from this site which is a shame but it wasn't particulalrly expnsive and so it will do.”

“Rug came quickly and is a beautiful rug. Only gave 3 stars because the finishing one end is not very good. It looks like it's coming undone in one place, although a small piece this shouldn't be there. It was in the sale but shouldn't have a problem unless stated.”

“The door mats are fabulous and really work well removing mud from boots. The delivery by DX was appalling saying delivery had been attempted when it had not resulting in me wasting a whole day working from home and watching out of the window through the 2 hour delivery time slot so as not to miss the delivery. Gate was open , I as in, builders working outside. Can only assume attempted delivery was a lie”

“Great customer service from ordering to answering customer queries. Speedy delivery and good value for money. However the rug arrived really badly creased we laid it out and put weights on the corners to stop it curling. Following advice from RugSeller, we rolled it the other way and left it for a few days. When we unrolled it, the creases are still there. We will give it a month to see if it flattens and contact the seller again. The rating below reflects our disappointment with how the rug is sitting. If this resolves itself, the rating will be adjusted higher”

“The Rug is great and good value I thought. The delivery was a bit of a pain. I bought it before Christmas and it said 1 to 2 working days which I thought was optimistic but it turned out at least 10 working days and a coupler of emails from me, I can't be bothered counting them. Also the guy from DX ( delivery exactly, bit of a joke!) dumped the carpet without waiting for me to answer the bell ! .So I would buy again but you could improve what you say about delivery on your site and the actual delivery itself.”

“The Rug Seller produces quality products and I would recommend to friends, however I am not pleased with the delay in delivery. It takes long to deliver and if you ordered multiple items, they don’t deliver them together which is something not so pleasing.”

“I ordered the climbing jaguar runner 70 x 300 hall runner. On the website it was reduced and I had my eye on it for sometime, hence I ordered. It had a 21/28 day delivery which I was happy with. Trouble was, I never realised this was coming from India and the delivery took just over 3 months.”

“This was my first dealing with the Company. I was seeking to get a small rug to match one I had bought in a shop but thought that with free delivery, I could avoid having to transport the item myself. The product is not a specialist one so I could have chosen elsewhere from a number of online suppliers. After a very effective ordering system which quickly was acknowledged and I awaited information about delivery. This was advertised as being upto 4 days from order. As i heard nothing about delivery of,let alone receive, the rug after 4 days. I made contact to be asked for information in respect of the order as they had no knowledge of it. The next day it was acknowledged and I was told they did not carry in stock so it would have to be ordered from their supplier. Eventually I learned (with dismay that it was to be delivered by DX (Dont Expect), who sent me delivery details which covered any time during the day. That was bad enough, but no tracking information was provided so I waited all day for nothing. So not a good experience. It was delivered next day.”

“I EVENTUALLY received my order due to the wrong address being used. Because you choose to charge extra for postage to North East Scotland,in spite of us living ON THE MAINLAND I had it sent to another address in Edinburgh. My daughter had to scour her estate to find the address it had been delivered to!! I’m glad to say the rug is fabulous but please change your delivery company. They are useless.”

“The rug arrived in a timely manner, the quality was of a high standard. The rug was returned because the long edges were over stitched while the short edges were nicely run to the end. Not a finish I like. I prefer run to the all edges. Shame it was lovely pattern.”

“I would love the Rug if fior the fact that it has a large flaw running through the weave . I've written to customer services and have not had a reply .. so someone please respond to my email and resolve the issue with the rug . No 5 stars at the moment 🙁”

“The star coir doormat didnt looked more brown than grey so I was disappointed. I would have sent it back but the returns process wasnt easy so I will keep it. I should have read the returns policy beforehand.”

“We were very disappointed with the rug, rather than the service. The colour of the rug that arrived did NOT represent the colour shown on the website. The rug seller argued the point even though the images we took and supplied were clearly different. We were naturallly allowed a refund but they would not cover the postage as they said the item was not wrong. We got what we ordered. I think not.”
