I EVENTUALLY received my order due to the wrong address being used. Because you choose to charge extra for postage to North East Scotland,in spite of us living ON THE MAINLAND I had it sent to another address in Edinburgh. My daughter had to scour her estate to find the address it had been delivered to!! I’m glad to say the rug is fabulous but please change your delivery company. They are useless.
