The Rug is great and good value I thought. The delivery was a bit of a pain. I bought it before Christmas and it said 1 to 2 working days which I thought was optimistic but it turned out at least 10 working days and a coupler of emails from me, I can't be bothered counting them. Also the guy from DX ( delivery exactly, bit of a joke!) dumped the carpet without waiting for me to answer the bell ! .So I would buy again but you could improve what you say about delivery on your site and the actual delivery itself.
