“Fast and efficient service. When the rug arrived it was very creased and it has taken weeks to straighten out. It now looks lovely but is much thinner than expected so long term we will need to replace it with a much better quality rug.”

“The rug is soft and comfortable to walk on, plus the colours are strong and bold, the only dislike is there are manufacturing folds still showing after two months.”

“Unfortunately we don’t have the rug we bought. It was nice but not suitable as looked wrong in the place so we sent it back. Courier has lost/ stolen it and we have had the tiny sum of £20 compensation from courier company. Not your fault just frustrating to have no rug and no money!”

“Average quality for a rug that price, was expecting it to be softer and feels very synthetic, if you want to return the item it’s at your own cost so this is worth knowing b4 purchasing , dealt with CS and i didn’t find they were very bothered tbh and offered a solution rather than pay for the return and send it back !”

“I haven't received the rug before Christmas as scheduled. Mostly to blame DHL for poor service but the Rug Seller could have intervened and sorted the issue. The product is really nice and competitively priced, however I would think twice before ordering from again.”

“Product is very good however they need to speak to their rep at their logistics partner. It seems we live about seven miles from their warehouse but it took over a week and several phonecalls to get the delivery sorted. Tracking didn't work and overall it was a disappointing experience when considered against the delviery standards of other companies.”

“Faster service than expected was a bonus. The rug's design is lovely, but the background is NOT 'natural beige' as stated on the website but a rather dirty grey, which I can live with because I was desperate to find a washable/dryable rug for the front hall. But a warm beige would have been much nicer.”

“Dear Rug Seller. Rug was deliverd quick. Rug was lovely but didnt suit the lounge. I arranged Heremes courier to send it back. I have had confirmation from courier that it has been safely deliverd but no email from The Rug Seller to confirm although able to send several other emails regarding rug sales and request for review.”

“Unfortunately my rug took longer than website originally said , however there were a couple of bank holidays that possibly slowed down delivery. Good communication around this / unfortunately the rug wasn’t quite right for my lounge and after spending over £450 with discount on this particular rug , I had to pay another £35 to return .”

“Good range of rugs competitively priced. Downside was response 're delivery which had to be chased up several times. I'm sure improvements could be made quite easily to improve the service.”

“Good product, service can be improved. At time of purchase a lead time of 2-3 weeks was quoted. After nearly 4vweeks it had not arrived, I chased The Rug Seller & was given a new delivery date which was met. If a delivery date is not going to be met, the vendor should be informing the customer.”
