“Sold the rug then told us it was out of stock but at least it finally arrived when they said it would, and we were given the choice of waiting or getting a refund . It was the best value however”

“They supplied wallpaper that I could not find elsewhere, at that time. I t was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it was not all from the same batch, but we managed to use different batches on different walls, so it didn't matter too much. But. Three rolls had been damaged on the ends and the decorators had to waste over two metres off the beginnings of the rolls. The rug seller only reimbursed me 10% for the rolls damaged. Not very happy.”

“The quality of the rug was excellent but the colour was not as shown online ..it states cream but the colour is in fact beige... Unfortunately we can't return as it was then forwarded to Italy to be opened as a gift .. the colour been the only disappointment, but it would lead me not to purchase again..”

“Good product BUT you then get bombarded with emails and even asking them to stop they continue. I would not recommend this company not order from them ever again purely and simply because I do not like the huge amount of emails, it is called harassment. Shop elsewhere.”

“Two of the rugs were nice, they were the blue style half moon rug and blue style oblong rug, however the blue in the picture was different to the actual rug when it arrived. It was slightly darker and we had put in for a Royal blue and these weren't. The mat was fine. We get to the circular rug and the colours definitely looked different to the picture. There was more or a mustard colour and the rug isn't very good quality. They have cut the knots on top of the rug in a few places and I imagine this will soon come apart.”

“Rug was folded not rolled which made it extremely hard to get the creases out !. We had to steam iron it on the floor which was totally inconvenient and strenuous, and left feeling reluctant to order from you again I’m afraid . Also thinner than we thought but pattern is nice .”

“Nothing at all wrong with the rug but delivery is shocking , long winded and doesn’t arrive even when you get an email to say it will be with you that day , when it did finally arrive , the bag was all torn !”

“Rug looks good. Outer packaging dirty which made the accompanying bedding order dirty, I am upset at this oversight. Rug ok as wrapped in three layers. Disappointed as Quidco discount was refused, can you explain this as the opportunity to use Quidco led to my decision to purchase?”

“I ordered a rug and had to repeatedly chase the delivery with two promised deliveries that never showed. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and was told I’d need to wait until the rug had been returned the warehouse despite me never receiving it. Pretty disappointed.”

“Unfortunately I still haven’t received my rug and was informed that the confirmation email that was sent to me advising me that my order had been dispatched was an error. When and if my rug arrives I may be in a better position to award more stars. Very disappointed at the moment.”
