We were very disappointed with the rug, rather than the service. The colour of the rug that arrived did NOT represent the colour shown on the website. The rug seller argued the point even though the images we took and supplied were clearly different. We were naturallly allowed a refund but they would not cover the postage as they said the item was not wrong. We got what we ordered. I think not.
