Very disappointed, I purchased what was described in the listing as a Duvet set showing the picture of such but was sent a Pillowcase, on contacting the company they could not see how they had worded the listing wrongly and they dismissed my complaint altogether, not happy with this outcome but no point of a second contact as no success the first time around.

I am trying ti write a complaint but the email you have keeps bouncing back. This would suggest you are non contactable. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the product and will voice my opinion of your company on social media and other out lets!

The rug has an awful chemically smell to it which just won’t go. We thought it would leave after a few days but it’s really awful to the point we have removed it from the house.

The rug didn't look like how it was on the website. It was a grey rug with white lines (Morrocco style rug). The white lines were wide, thick and long on some parts of the rug, and thin and short in other places. I tried hoovering it, but it did not change it's appearance. I tried moving/spreading the rug with my hands but it made no difference. You could not see the lines at all in some areas. I e-mailed the rug seller twice about this, and some guy fobbed me off twice by saying that it's due to the pile height and direction and denied that it was faulty, although I did send photos comparing it to the one on the website. It was either misleading or faulty. I have had to arrange my own return with a courrier and paid £18 to have it returned, and I will won't be able to claim the return costs. Appauling service by the Rug Seller and terrible customer service. Don't bother ordering from this website! Shocking! I won't be buying from them again!

Sorry to say I won’t be buying from this supplier again. Very slow shipment and I had to do all the chasing. They didn't not meet their own policy for shipping

I was extremely disappointed with my whole experience. The rug was almost a week late to be delivered to me and the quality of the rug was extremely poor. It was not worth the money whatsoever. I will be returning the item.

I have been trying to contact them as the rug is the wrong colour for my room by email and phone but to no avail the phone is engaged ever time I ring and nobody has replied to me email. And this is the company how say no problem with returning !!!

Very poor customer service and after sales service. Rug was delivered to the wrong address, I did not receive any further deliver communications. I have made a complaint which I was told will be sorted in 24 hours, after a few days, I have not received any response - would never recommend.

Absolute shambles of a company. Very clever photography as rug looks nothing like picture, took 3 weeks to be delivered, went to wrong address then when delivered it was the wrong rug. Had to take pictures to prove it was the wrong rug, then pictures to prove I had wrapped it up properly to return or I WOULD BE LIABLE! Be prepared for constant hassle and no accountability for their error! They blame the supplier so wouldn’t compensate for any inconvenience as wasn’t their fault! JOKE!! 😡😡🤬🤬

I would not waste your money I ordered what should of been a pink and grey rug I received grey an cream rug and was told that is the rug I ordered same number in my opinion it is false advertising as you can see from the pictures When I rang to say about returning it, it would cost me further money to return it for a refund!! Absolute joke of a company save your money folks go else where

Bought a stripey runner for my kitchen (their recommendation) and the quality is dreadful. Either end has frayed within a couple of days and the surface of it has rubbed and pilled all along the length of it. I did send them an email about the poor state of it last week and they have not even bothered to respond.

we purchased a quilt cover. now we understand why they didn't describe the thread count in the description. the cotton was such low quality you can see through it and the navy blue colour was a faded version of the online picture. absolutely not worth the money and took 14 days to get here too. the website advertised their no quibble policy of returning items but the rug seller refused to have it back because we had opened the plastic packet - in fact it tore because it was so tightly packed in there! But how are you going to look at it unless you have taken it out! We hadn't used it, just looked at it. Feel very mislead by their policy advertised all over their website about no quibble returns and won't be recommending them. The rug we bought did like, but as not happy with their customer service, won't be returning here.
