I purchased paid for a hall runner on the 19th February nothing has arrived I have emailed with no response and tried to ring impossible to get to speak to anyone looked on Web site rug sold out very dissapointed and nearly £53 pounds down BEWARE

I have attempted to contact your company by phone and email.I received a collection of mats which had no relatioship with the order placed. I have asked you to collect the order and provide me with a refund.I have heard nothing from your company ! I await your response. John Rdford

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!!! The customer service of this company is so poor! I returned the rug I purchased as it wasn’t the same as a previous order I had placed. I had to pay for the return which then took them another for days to mark as received after I had proof of delivery. You cannot get hold of the company by telephone to speak to anyone as the mail box is constantly full (Probably of complaints) I was advised by email I would receive my refund but this could take 7-10 working days however we are now still not received my refund. They are no longer answering my emails & still cannot get through on the phone. I have never dealt with a company whose customer service is as bad. I have now had to contact my card company to request a charge back. Although 7-10 is possible for a card refund most people receive theirs within 3-5 days. my advice would be DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are quick to take your money but if anything is wrong they don’t want to give you it back. They took my money on the 19th January, waited for delivery, returned within 2 days & now we are on the 26th February & still not received my refund!!!

There was a problem with my original order which was initially dealt with well. However the replacement rug sent out had the same problem as the first. I have now emailed sales four times and no one has got back to me other than to say they are very busy. I’m sorry to say that this time around their customer service has been very poor and I’m now waiting for a solution for a rug I ordered before Christmas. Not good enough.

Poor customer service. Still awaiting refund and collection of a rug which was inaccurately described. Described as greys and blues but is browns and turquoise greens. Can’t get through by telephone. Emails occasionally answered and claim they’re having problems with their courier service. All we want is a refund for this rug. Dreadful customer service.

The rug arrived with a stain and a small hole, we returned requesting a refund. Impossible to contact by phone and e mails unanswered. Still waiting for refund to be processed.

I ordered a rug through their website and paid by Amazon pay . Amazon pay told me the order had been cancelled . I subsequently ordered another rug. 2 rugs arrived by mistake with 2 payments being taken from my account . I emailed the rug seller and they asked for details and said I could send the extra one back. I requested a different that I send it back as I didn’t want to wait in all day . I then never heard back from them after many emails and phone calls . I have now kept both rugs but only because they didn’t give me much of an option There rugs are brilliant but their customer service is very very poor.

Avoid company!! We have placed an order the start of January. It still hasn't arrived, the communication is shocking. There is no tracking advised. I have tried phoning customer service and messaging on all social media channels but nobody is getting back to me to let me know where my order is. Have spent over £100 with this company with no success.

Fibres off rug end up all over you if you sit on the floor, hoover is completely full of fibres after one hoover not a good buy

Bought the Scion midnight blue LARGE dog bed for our Airedale terrier total misrepresentation to call it LARGE more chihuahua size ridiculous ! Had to pay £12 out of my pocket to return it very unhappy !

If you have any issues with an order, don’t expect any kind of response. Updated below: Ordered a rug two weeks ago that is yet to arrive with the delivery company (confirmed with them directly that they are still awaiting the package) for next day delivery, though The Rug Seller say has been dispatched to them. Have contacted customer support at The Rug Seller and haven’t heard anything back so far. Seemingly our rug has been lost, and so far nothing has been done to account for it. /// It has been over 3 weeks since I put in my order, 2 emails and many phone calls later I have only once been able to speak to someone, who explained they have had issues with the delivery company and that my package did seem to be lost, and that he would contact them to figure out if a replacement needed to be sent out, and that he would ring me back in ten minutes, which I was very grateful of thinking this would be finally sorted out, but he never did. It is extremely frustrating that every option to contact them, doesn’t actually allow you to get in contact as either no one replies, or no one picks up, especially as this could be so easily resolved. I’m updating here in the hopes that someone from the company will finally get back in touch with me.

I returned the item i bought off the rug seller on the 06:01:2025 It’s now the 19:01:2025 and after a phone call to the retailer im still waiting for a refund. The item was returned with Royal Mail with track & signature I hope I get a response asap
