I ordered a rug through their website and paid by Amazon pay . Amazon pay told me the order had been cancelled . I subsequently ordered another rug. 2 rugs arrived by mistake with 2 payments being taken from my account . I emailed the rug seller and they asked for details and said I could send the extra one back. I requested a different that I send it back as I didn’t want to wait in all day . I then never heard back from them after many emails and phone calls . I have now kept both rugs but only because they didn’t give me much of an option
There rugs are brilliant but their customer service is very very poor.
