Faulty rug also looked nothing like the photos on the website. Hugely disappointed and out of pocket just before Christmas

At the moment I am afraid that I cant write a good review as I'm still waiting for my rug to arrive. I spoke to one of the customer service advisors last week who assured me that it was with the delivery company & I would receive it on Friday 27th....... nothing. I called again on the 30th to be told that the delivery company didnt have it & they would look into it. Nobody called me back! So despite advertising on your website 1 - 3 days delivery this hasnt happened to us. You have taken our money out of my account so please rectify this asap.

Not happy with the quality. The description didn’t match the rug that arrived, which was thin and unpleasant under foot. The ridges under the so called thick top are all you can feel. Disappointed

After 10 days muting had been dispatched quickly but DX failed to deliver, they lied and said they had tried and left calling cards! Not 1! Still waitingvgorcrefund

I dont recommend it, I bought 2 rugs they are looking amazing however the quality is very poor spcially the dusts from it is horrible.

I sent the rug back and it was delivered on wednesday 2nd at 9.45 and I am still waiting for the refund! I ordered a new rug on 30 September and paid for it and I am now being told it won't be in the warehouse until 15th October! Not very good at all,

I ordered bedding from this company and the delivery was just ridiculously slow. I would not recommend the rug seller at all

Ordered a rug after few days rug arrived correct size but wrong colours pattern. I rang rug seller who said I would have to wrap rug back up and they would organise a collection which happened a few days later (Another day waiting in ) Would only arrange for correct rug to be delivered once they had received returned rug😤. Second rug arrived days later not only wrong pattern colour but totally wrong size (Too big as well ) Rang rug seller could I send picture of rug delivered which I had to do on first rug to convince them it was incorrect rug. Again re wrap rug wait in for collection of incorrect rug 😤. A asked for order to be cancelled and a for a full refund. This only happened after they had received rug back. Refund back to card is taking considerably longer than original debit which was taken in one day. Will not use again . At time of writing have been advised for the third time that the refund has been issued and will take five days to reach my account ?

Shocking, ordered a rug with a stated deliver of 5 days. Emailed to chase on day 7, told it was being shipped from manufacturer. Still nothing after a further 5 days, so requested refund. Tod this would be 3-5 days! Still waiting. We be speaking to credit card company to request charge back.

I purchased a product from yourselves, it was misadvertised, I have emailed 3 times asking for an explanation and attached the order , no one has had the curtisy to even reply, let alone resolve the issue, absolutely awful customer service!

Terrible customer service from Jack when returning my rug (which cost me £40) 9 days later despite sending proof of return no issue of refund. The rug was wildly different from the picture, it’s insulting that they use the disclaimer to get out of altered photos.

A beautiful Laura Ashley velvet, feather cushion ruined by insensitive handling and packaging which squashed the square shape into a rectangle. I won't purchase from you again! :-((

Never received my order despite tracking saying it was out for delivery 4 times. I waited in for it all 4 days and no one came to deliver. Gave up in the end and asked for a refund.

While the rug I ordered is beautiful, it does not suit my room. I wish to return it for a refund but unfortunately have not been able to receive any helpful advice on how to do so. My emails have not been answered and no help received from the chat service. I now believe that I have to arrange and pay for the collection myself. I queried the cost of this to be told it would be over £100. I am asking this Company to act in a professional manner and arrange to collect the rug with no charge. I have taken a look into this and I can see on several occassions we have provided you with a step-by-step guide on how to arrange the return, along with all required dimensions which will be needed to proceed with this. Rug looks nothing at all like the picture and now I have to pay a small fortune to return it! It’s not even close to how it looked on the pics and therefore doesn’t go with my decor
