While the rug I ordered is beautiful, it does not suit my room. I wish to return it for a refund but unfortunately have not been able to receive any helpful advice on how to do so. My emails have not been answered and no help received from the chat service. I now believe that I have to arrange and pay for the collection myself. I queried the cost of this to be told it would be over £100. I am asking this Company to act in a professional manner and arrange to collect the rug with no charge.
