There was a problem with my original order which was initially dealt with well. However the replacement rug sent out had the same problem
as the first.
I have now emailed sales four times and no one has got back to me other than to say they are very busy.
I’m sorry to say that this time around their customer service has been very poor and I’m now waiting for a solution for a rug I ordered before Christmas. Not good enough.
