If you have any issues with an order, don’t expect any kind of response. Updated below: Ordered a rug two weeks ago that is yet to arrive with the delivery company (confirmed with them directly that they are still awaiting the package) for next day delivery, though The Rug Seller say has been dispatched to them. Have contacted customer support at The Rug Seller and haven’t heard anything back so far. Seemingly our rug has been lost, and so far nothing has been done to account for it. /// It has been over 3 weeks since I put in my order, 2 emails and many phone calls later I have only once been able to speak to someone, who explained they have had issues with the delivery company and that my package did seem to be lost, and that he would contact them to figure out if a replacement needed to be sent out, and that he would ring me back in ten minutes, which I was very grateful of thinking this would be finally sorted out, but he never did. It is extremely frustrating that every option to contact them, doesn’t actually allow you to get in contact as either no one replies, or no one picks up, especially as this could be so easily resolved. I’m updating here in the hopes that someone from the company will finally get back in touch with me.
