Poor customer service. Still awaiting refund and collection of a rug which was inaccurately described. Described as greys and blues but is browns and turquoise greens. Can’t get through by telephone. Emails occasionally answered and claim they’re having problems with their courier service.
All we want is a refund for this rug.
