Great customer service from ordering to answering customer queries. Speedy delivery and good value for money. However the rug arrived really badly creased we laid it out and put weights on the corners to stop it curling. Following advice from RugSeller, we rolled it the other way and left it for a few days. When we unrolled it, the creases are still there. We will give it a month to see if it flattens and contact the seller again. The rating below reflects our disappointment with how the rug is sitting. If this resolves itself, the rating will be adjusted higher
