This was my first dealing with the Company. I was seeking to get a small rug to match one I had bought in a shop but thought that with free delivery, I could avoid having to transport the item myself. The product is not a specialist one so I could have chosen elsewhere from a number of online suppliers. After a very effective ordering system which quickly was acknowledged and I awaited information about delivery. This was advertised as being upto 4 days from order. As i heard nothing about delivery of,let alone receive, the rug after 4 days. I made contact to be asked for information in respect of the order as they had no knowledge of it. The next day it was acknowledged and I was told they did not carry in stock so it would have to be ordered from their supplier. Eventually I learned (with dismay that it was to be delivered by DX (Dont Expect), who sent me delivery details which covered any time during the day. That was bad enough, but no tracking information was provided so I waited all day for nothing. So not a good experience. It was delivered next day.
