“Poor customer service. Still awaiting refund and collection of a rug which was inaccurately described. Described as greys and blues but is browns and turquoise greens. Can’t get through by telephone. Emails occasionally answered and claim they’re having problems with their courier service. All we want is a refund for this rug. Dreadful customer service.”

“The rug arrived with a stain and a small hole, we returned requesting a refund. Impossible to contact by phone and e mails unanswered. Still waiting for refund to be processed.”

“I ordered a Rug which stated a delivery eta of 1-5 working days, this actually took a quite few weeks to arrive. The rug was good quality but the colours were pretty drab and not as bright as I thought they would be (personal prefrence) I followed the link to return the rug and paid £67 to return this. If you can I would advise going to look at this in a setting as its not cheap to send these rugs back. I followed my tracking and saw that the rug has been received back at The Rugseller on the 4th Feb. I followed up with a message to customer services to state that the rug was back with them and was advised that refunds were taking 5-7 days (website states 3-5) but a message would be sent to returns to priortise. I followed this up again on working day 8 to advise that I have not had any communication in relation to the return and was advised that couriers have a back log of returns - its not with the courier! Refunds will be issued once they have processed them. The frustrating part is that you cannot speak with anyone as the number on the website diverts to a vm box which is full! I have ordered from The Rugseller in the past and have been happy but it seems the issues arrise when a item is returned. Based on my recent experience it is not a company that I will be using again!”

“Buying from the Rug Seller was so easy. We looked up the sizes and checked that they had the same pattern runners in to match the rug we were buying. Once selected pressed the buy now button for both items, and it was so easy to go through the payment and delivery pages. Delivery was as stated. I would definitely recommend the Rug Seller.”

“Rug came quickly and is a beautiful rug. Only gave 3 stars because the finishing one end is not very good. It looks like it's coming undone in one place, although a small piece this shouldn't be there. It was in the sale but shouldn't have a problem unless stated.”

“I ordered a rug through their website and paid by Amazon pay . Amazon pay told me the order had been cancelled . I subsequently ordered another rug. 2 rugs arrived by mistake with 2 payments being taken from my account . I emailed the rug seller and they asked for details and said I could send the extra one back. I requested a different that I send it back as I didn’t want to wait in all day . I then never heard back from them after many emails and phone calls . I have now kept both rugs but only because they didn’t give me much of an option There rugs are brilliant but their customer service is very very poor.”

“I have bought three rugs over the last few years everyone has been well made and worn well, they arrive quickly and well packed. They have an extensive range of different styles and sizes. Will happily use them again in the future. Highly recommended”
