“Item arrived quicker than stated and in perfect condition, good mat for new kitchen floor, grips well on laminate. Only downside is I purchased through Topcashback and the transaction was declined, even though everything fitted the criteria perfectly, don't understand why! Nevertheless, looks good and does the job!”

“I would love the Rug if fior the fact that it has a large flaw running through the weave . I've written to customer services and have not had a reply .. so someone please respond to my email and resolve the issue with the rug . No 5 stars at the moment 🙁”

“Asked about the delivery once, to ensure that the rug ordered would not arrive whilst we were away. The response was very prompt and the rug arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great. Now down in the lounge and it looks superb! Even better still; it cost less than the smaller rug it was replacing. A very happy customer.”
