“I bought a 'Sunrise' colourful rug with a leaf design the week before Christmas. I didn't expect to get it before Christmas, but was pleasantly surprised when I found it could be delivered on Christmas Eve. It arrived at 1.30pm and the colours were just as they appeared on the website. The quality seems very good, and I am very pleased with it. Also, the price was a lot lower for the same item at other places. I would definitely buy from The Rug Seller Ltd again.”

“Bought the Scion midnight blue LARGE dog bed for our Airedale terrier total misrepresentation to call it LARGE more chihuahua size ridiculous ! Had to pay £12 out of my pocket to return it very unhappy !”

“The door mats are fabulous and really work well removing mud from boots. The delivery by DX was appalling saying delivery had been attempted when it had not resulting in me wasting a whole day working from home and watching out of the window through the 2 hour delivery time slot so as not to miss the delivery. Gate was open , I as in, builders working outside. Can only assume attempted delivery was a lie”

“If you have any issues with an order, don’t expect any kind of response. Updated below: Ordered a rug two weeks ago that is yet to arrive with the delivery company (confirmed with them directly that they are still awaiting the package) for next day delivery, though The Rug Seller say has been dispatched to them. Have contacted customer support at The Rug Seller and haven’t heard anything back so far. Seemingly our rug has been lost, and so far nothing has been done to account for it. /// It has been over 3 weeks since I put in my order, 2 emails and many phone calls later I have only once been able to speak to someone, who explained they have had issues with the delivery company and that my package did seem to be lost, and that he would contact them to figure out if a replacement needed to be sent out, and that he would ring me back in ten minutes, which I was very grateful of thinking this would be finally sorted out, but he never did. It is extremely frustrating that every option to contact them, doesn’t actually allow you to get in contact as either no one replies, or no one picks up, especially as this could be so easily resolved. I’m updating here in the hopes that someone from the company will finally get back in touch with me.”

“We’ve been thinking of buying a rug for our dining room for years. After much pondering (I’m an Architect so every purchase is a long term design decision!) we finally got around to it. Found what we wanted for a very good price on the Rug Seller. The purchase was smooth, delivery was quick & efficient. It looks great in our room! Very happy!”

“We had a slight difficulty with our order but when we spoke to the company they were very helpful and the problem was quickly solved. The rugs are lovely, just what we wanted. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Great customer service from ordering to answering customer queries. Speedy delivery and good value for money. However the rug arrived really badly creased we laid it out and put weights on the corners to stop it curling. Following advice from RugSeller, we rolled it the other way and left it for a few days. When we unrolled it, the creases are still there. We will give it a month to see if it flattens and contact the seller again. The rating below reflects our disappointment with how the rug is sitting. If this resolves itself, the rating will be adjusted higher”
