“At the moment I am afraid that I cant write a good review as I'm still waiting for my rug to arrive. I spoke to one of the customer service advisors last week who assured me that it was with the delivery company & I would receive it on Friday 27th....... nothing. I called again on the 30th to be told that the delivery company didnt have it & they would look into it. Nobody called me back! So despite advertising on your website 1 - 3 days delivery this hasnt happened to us. You have taken our money out of my account so please rectify this asap.”

“Excellent service and delivery. I bought some Laura Ashley towels and they arrived well packed very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars, but I found the web site hard work. It may have been a glitch but I had to keep adjusting the number of towels I required of the various sizes. When you added another size it increased the number on the previous entry.”

“My rug I purchased is perfect. It is just what I had been looking for. The quality is of high standard and was a terrific price. I had seen it in a shop and it was over £50 dearer. Looks amazing in my lounge. I received exceptional customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the Rug Seller for any rug purchase.”

“I waited 2 months for my rug to arrive. I t was a lovely rug but the colour didn't match my room and I had to pay carriage to return it. You took the money from my account when I placed the order (long before it was dispatched) and I am still waiting for a refund. I am disappointed with the service.”

“Really pleased with my door mat. It’s exactly as seen on the website and is perfect as an indoor mat at the front door. It doesn’t slip or move, which a lot of “non-slip” mats do. Great value and I would definitely use The Rug Seller again. Delivery was quick too.”
