The rug which you sent was received quickly and we are very pleased with it. My main disappointment, which prevents me from giving a higher rating, was the attitude of the courier driver who delivered the rug. As I am disabled my wife politely asked the driver whether he would mind carrying the rug alongside our bungalow about 20 yards on a flat surface to the summerhouse where we are using it. He rolled his eyes with a miserable look on his face, deposited it abruptly by the side of our garage and drove off without asking for a signature as proof of delivery. My wife therefore had to carry it to the summerhouse.
