Ordering was simple and I received regular emails regarding status of my order and shipping etc. It arrived well wrapped and I am delighted with it.
The only downside is that the courier would only attempt delivery once before the item had to be collected from their depot - not the most straightforward journey - and I was given no option to reschedule a second delivery.
This would put me off from using the rugseller again which is unfortunate because it is not the rugsellers fault.
