Generally pleased with our purchase, it should have been rolled around a cardboard tube though as there were several areas on the rug where the surface had damage due to folding and movement during shipment. This was overcome by spotting on the areas with an indelible felt tip pen, luckily it was a black rug so it covered well. Just easier than all the hassle of returning.
