The Afghan Rug was well made, and was good value._x000D_ _x000D_ My only gripe would be the delivery - we weren't even made aware of the original delivery day so were not at home for the first delivery attempt....then having paid extra for morning delivery we eventually had to take a full day off work at short notice so as not to risk the rug being returned to the depot..._x000D_ _x000D_ The contact at the Rug Seller was both apologetic and supportive but was unable to resolve this without the need for a day off and we received no gesture of goodwill for our troubles!_x000D_ _x000D_ All in all a shame when the rug itself was just what we were looking for; and on balance I would certainly consider purchasing with the Rug Seller in future.
