The delivery was very quick, however it proved to be too big, and I did email to find out details of how to return the item, but to this day I have not received a reply. I have since been able to let someone else make use of the rug, i.e our son. However, I would have at least liked a reply to my request, even to say that I could not return it. I don't think I will use the service again.
