I was disappointed to find the rug colour shade very different from that represented which meant I was left with return costs for the rugs as no free returns policy. The quality was pretty awful but then the rugs were cheap and only meant for a walk through area where my dogs pass by so cannot complain . However I will never now purchase online for such items.
