The rug I ordered was just what my daughter wanted and she was more than happy. The order updates were very good and delivery date was good. Unfortunately, delivery was by UKmail and they have made it a rather disappointing experience. I was emailed by them to say the delivery would be on the Monday and we had to wait until 7.15pm Wednesday evening. I did contact them and informed them this had happened on two other occasions with the same delivery driver. I therefore would recommend your company and the quality of the rug but I would suggest you find another delivery service as they have let you and me down. Whenever I order on-line from any company I now find out if UKmail will deliver and if so I will not order and that applies to Free Delivery or not.
