I ordered a rug and paid the higher delivery fee to have it delivered on Saturday morning. Waited in but no delivery. Rang the Rug Seller but they don't work on Saturdays so left a message. No rug on Sunday or Monday and Rug Seller did not phone back. Phoned on Tuesday and they apologised, got in contact with the courier and advised that it would be delivered that day, but no rug again. Phoned again the following day and eventually received the rug. The Rug seller have said that they will refund my delivery fee but as this is the first time I have ordered from them I would think twice about using them again, they need to sort out their couriers and they need to have some way of contacting them outside of 9 to 5 Mon - Fri.
