It is exactly as shown on the website, sometimes the colour shown can be lighter than the actual rug but being ivory (or white actually), there is no difference in colour shading. It feels soft although it doesn't feel think (like a wool rug) but the look is very luxurious, looks very much like polar bear fur. I was told by the Rugseller people that this is the 'same' as their Sable range, the sable range is more expensive.
