Despite being given an estimated delivery of upto 10 working days, the rug arrived within a couple. Although it is perhaps not as grey as it looked on the website it still looks great in our kitchen. The only downside I have found is the way it was rolled - one of the short ends has been bent back on itself and it is still curled. Trying to weigh it down with books but I'm not convinced it will ever lie as nicely as the other end, which is a shame.
