I must say I have recieved 1st class service by rugsellar, my rug arrived within a week of my ordering it, and although I wasnt home on the 1st delivery, a card was left giving me options as to when they could redeliver or if I wanted to pick up the rug from my nearest depot and because of work committments I rang number on the card and choose to pick it up. I would definately reccommend Rugsellar to others, AS i was very pleased with their service
