I ordered 2 rugs and one arrived within 2 weeks. The other was delayed as the supplier had misread the order. I was promised it within the week. Then I was told it had been lost by the courier. Finally it turned up almost 4 weeks after the order had been placed. The Rug Seller answered my emails promptly every time I messaged them and even gave me a 10% discount which was good. My only slight grumble would be that they could have been proactive in contacting me rather than waiting for me to contact them each time. I would say they are a good company to deal with though.
