I would have loved to have given five stars, because delivery was so prompt and one rug was perfect. However, the second has been notified as marked and I have still not received a replacement or notification of when I am likely to receive one. This runner is needed desperately. I appreciate that it is Christmas, but I would like to receive the replacement early in the New Year.
