THe rug is OK but the colour is not as shown, it is much darker that I thought it would be.Citylink, the courier they use, is RUBBISH. I waited all day on the specified day...no rug, no phone call and no apology. The following day they could not find it, then told me they had found it and it woild be delivered between 5.30 and 9pm, I stayed up until midnight.....no rug - finally on day 3 it arrived, quite by luck I was here. I suggest a change of courier or they will loose their customers.
